Interestingly, the Maquis Raider class appeared as Starfleet fighters in an episode of DS9. Starfleet had launched an invasion force to retake DS9 from the Dominion. There are several shots of Starfleet fighters/Maquis Raiders attacking Dominion/Cardassian shipps.

The Ju'Day Class Raider is not the same as the Peregrine Class Couriers used as fighters first by the Maquis and later by the Federation. They were completely different ships. I currently have plans for both ships up in the Star Trek: Challenger section of my site.

Hmm. Very nice Owen, i just can never seem to find anything on your site. I was scouring all over for deck plans, and i still missed the Ju'day class plans ! :)
Well, they've only been up a few weeks, but yeah, I do have to do a site directory... The site has just grown over the past few years and is pretty sprawling.
