Cool...you have Saavik as a Fleet Admiral, as well. We have her as the CinC, Starfleet in our campaign.
That's a handy guide and it makes just a little more sense than the guide from DS9. I'm not sure I agree with your tennet about future economies, but you're just re-interpretting pre-existant data from the DS( core book :)
What doesn't really make sense to me is why the Federation credit is worth so little relativelly? it could be those units just happen to be a relative decimal integer of currency which happens to be similar to the Federation, but the Federation is and has been often noted as having an extremelly powerful currency, so why is it relativelly undervalued here. Of course that's based on 21st century economies where the 'worth' of an economy can be measured by how strong it's currency is against anothers.. which might not be relevant here.?
