The flame of the west

I have a quick question. The stats for Andiul don't seem right to me. I may be wrong but didn't seem to catch flame during the battle at Helms Deep? Has anyone done a more indepth write up for it? The stats they give in sourcebooks to the movies don't sem to do it justice.
