Looking for author of "Fever"

I bought the CODA books a while back but haven't really played them. I was getting ready to and found someone whose name I have forgotten. He sent me an adventure he had written called "Fever" about a biological warfare agent that somehow gets released. It was quite good. I'm now trying to reestablish contact with him; I have changed my email address several times and lost his. If anyone knows who I'm talking about, please let me know. He also sent me a diplomatic adventure that he had written but I can't remember many of the details. He was a graduate student at the time that I was in contact with him.
