the cargo units should be 60 (10x size), but if you use the same option I do when building a ship then the reduction earn you 2 spaces (1 space/5 units); 2 shuttlebays gives you room for 12 space worth of craft, 6 (the ships size) in each; its 3 of each type of transporter (1/2 size); Phase cannon penetration should be 3/3/3/0/0; Torpedo penetration fron the FST MKVx 3 should be 2/2/2/0/0, and remembering that cruisers buy missle weapons at -1 space each, that leaves you with 3 spaces; Monotanium plating only appears std on Cardassian ships, so I'd think twice about using it on such an early model vessel, and remember that an edge costs 5 spaces, so it only fits if you use the reducing cargo option.
