Fast doesn't matter . . . as long as the meat is cooked under low heat for an extended period of time with real wood . . . then that's real bbq, not just grilled meat.
You use wood!? We normally use charcoal briquets :D Valid point, but then you could be slow cooking it while on a fast drive :D
