New Line doesn't seem to be a partner you would want to do business with, if the 'facts' stated in the report are actually true. A shame really.
I had read that the Tolkien estate wasn't happy with the Peter Jackson films before, so this isn't really a surprise.
I wonder how it will all turn out.
