I recently posted a game proposal over on RPOL for a steampunk campaign using Kallisti Press' Full Light, Full Steam. The default assumption in FLFS is that the characters are all members of Her Majesty's Royal Astronomical Navy in active service, but that isn't a requirement if the players and gamemaster have other ideas.
