Narrator PC summary sheet

Has anyone come across something like a summary sheet for certain PC abilities and skills? I remember having this type of sheet for almost all other games I know/have but searching through the docs I have for the LotRRPG I couldn't find one usable for my new campaign. Since I have 8 Player Characters this time keeping trak of their special abilities, Search skills, health lvls and stuff like that isn't that easy which is why I would like to use a seperate sheet for this.

Just to clarify what I'm looking for:

There are summary sheets for groups of NPCs even in the DEC RPG. But I'm looking for more ore less the same thing a bit more detailed for PCs. A sheet were I can record the most important (for the Narrator at least) data about three to four PCs on one page.
Does anyone know what I mean and if there is anything like that somewhere on the Web? Or will I have to do that on my own? (which isn't that bad but I'm just trying to safe some time)
