Specialized thug templates?

I'm looking for a source or supplement that would have suggested stats for the following lower-tier bad guy archetypes. . .

- Bike punks, like from the Mad Max films.

- Primitive Neanderthal men, like the thugs you'd see fighting the heroes in a Frank Frazetta painting.

Also wondering if there's anything in LOTR that you could transplant.

There is a thug template on page 239 of the Narrator's Guide that includes customization skill picks so you could make them bike thugs.

You could kill two birds with one stone for your other two requests and "transplant" some Uruk-hai from the LOTR corebook page 291 as neanderthal men.
