This Scout Ship was created to honor the many peaceful surveys by Explorers, Cruisers, and Scout Ships of both Starfleet and
Allied Worlds Registry, and to further such exploration-heavy missions, the Bolian Cidrus, Vulcan Satrak, and Efrosian
Eefalar all championing it, and each supervising the first Three-Year Mission Survey Tours for the First Three Ships launched,
A further Eight Launched in the late 2530s, all working for either the Coalition or Allied Worlds, and joining Timefleet
when the United Federation of Galaxies was formed in 2565, the last four retired and put into Memory Alpha, NNASF, SFM
and Precipice of Resonence Museums in 2612.
The Protoype U.S.S Starroad, Actually the fifth to be built, was crewed by Centaurand, 4/5s of them Female, and occasionally
monitored and carefully (with the Founders' Gradual Approval) Forty-Two Gamma Quadrant Systems, as well as help set up and
check on Gamma and Delta Quadrant Comm Relay and Sensor Stations.
