Between TOS and TNG, the SU cost of Nacelles is very very very different.
In one of my games, part of the "plot" is a development of new warp technology (we're not using slipstream for now for a variety of reasons), we're trying to make heads and tails of how the costs of the nacelles were determined. The types were easy enough, but the su costs seem to be almost a whim.
