FASA/LUG SF Intelligence GM Advice

Greetings to all:

Has anyone had any experience GM'ing FASA's Starfleet Intelligence Game Operations and Agent's Orientation Sourcebooks along with LUG's Intelligence sourcebooks?

Brief summaries of adventures and technique for this highly-specialized format would be appreciated! I'll be GM'ing 1 or 2 PC's.

Until I pick up the new Dec Trek and/or the LUG rule books, I'll still be using FASA rules.
