New Horizons PBEM

I am looking for three players in setting up a new PBEM using the Star Trek Next Generation/Deep Space Nine rules. The setting for the series will be set just as the Klingon/Federation War is in full swing, and will be located on a former world which was locked in a civil war, after years, now coming to an uneasy peace

Now this world, and the new faction in power, is in a state of political and economical chaos, requesting assistance from the Federation in an attempt to resolve these matters before thier world slips back into conflict; another war this world cannot afford...So after constant negotiations with this new race, the Federation decided to open diplomatic negotiations with these people, sending economical aid, as well as observers ad a diplomatic team to assist in helping this government get on its feet...

The reason for the Federation's interest with this world is the strategic location of this sector, near the Klingon border, as well as other disputed territories, hoping to that these new friends they are in the process of making, become one day potential allies, as well as a new member and asset to the Federation...

Hence the beginning of this series...The race in question will be revealed as the series begins and progresses, and will be based mostly for the first season in the new government's capital city, as well as the surrounding areas...This series will be mostly problem solving, political intigrue, conspiracy, and more...There will be some combat involved, but mostly this series will be skill-driven and roleplaying. The characters in question I am looking for will be members of this diplomatic team coming to help assist in getting this government back on track, and one day soon to be applicable to be admitted into the Federation...the templates I am looking for range from diplomatic, command, engineers to security personnel...
