When I looked it up, page 138, Table 7.3: Skill Focus
I couldn't Find it.

Those listed on table 7.3 are simply samples or examples. So that table is by no means the extent of uses for skill focus (it was never meant to be all inclusive, that would take up too much space). I would use the guidelines given for skill focus (page 137-138) to apply to edge as you see fit to your professional skills.

While I was looking over the guidelines I discovered a possible point of confusion. In the skill focus description it makes it sound like you get all of those bonuses (+4 to 1 skill w/specialty, +2 to 2 skills w/specialties, +2 to 1 skill without specialty, +1 to 2 skills without specialties), but I do not think that is the case. Think of that list of guidelines as an "either or" list. You can only choose one of the options, I think. If my thinking is wrong, then that is a very powerful edge! :)

Skill Focus (Attentive) is actually (Keen Sight). This is one of those things that was renamed but the other chapter didn't reflect the changes.

I don't agree on the Skill Focus text being unclear. The text and examples lay it out as to how the bonuses work.
