Orions in the new game

I was wondering whether anyone knows anything about how the Decipher team plans to handle the Orions. They were pretty much ignored in current trek until DS9 reintroduced them in the form of the Orion Syndicate.

I'm asking in terms of not only game stats but cultural stuff as well. In fandom they have a reputation as pirates and privateers but since their area of space is so far inside of the modern federation now I wondered how that would work.

Oh and I think a Orion-Ferengi feud is a must :)

Well, Orions get the same treatment in the NG that all of the races in the PG got. Hope that helps. :)

You have to remember that the Syndicate and the Orion Pirates, though they do work together at times, are two separate entities. The Syndicate was named for the fact that it started in the Orion Systems. Just watch the DS9 Ep with the Syndicate, no Orions were shown, at least what to the extent of what was expected.
