Neutral Zone Worlds (or Where are they now)

Does anyone know some of the names of the different planets in the Cardassian-Federeation Neutral zone?

Also, what is your idea on the Cardassian Union and the Maquis after DS9 and with the return of Voyager?

The Maquis were exterminated by the Jem'hadar prior to the outbreak of the Dominion war.

As for the Cardassian Union, the possibilities are unlimited. There is some information in the Cardassian Netbook.

As far as the Maquis on board Voyager are concerned I think the resistance is dead. Most of the Maquis have been hunted down and killed those few that managed to survive are in either Cardie or Federation Prisons. Also, with the current state of the Cardassian Union the would be no need for a Resisatnce movement anyway, I would assume that most of the Federation Planets that were in give to Cardassia by treaty were the first to be taken by the Federation in the DW.

The Maquis Voyager crew members? I would hope that they would see that thier fight is now dead and go back to their previous lives. And the Federation probably pardoned those Maqui under Chakotays' command, given their service to Janeway and Voyager.

As for the Maquis, it is pretty clear from the DS9 relaunch and the upcoming VGR relaunch that the surviving former Maquis were granted pardons (except for that nutjob from "Repression"). Ro Laren, for example, was enlisted by the Bajoran militia and given a job in which she would fit. The Voyager former Maquis were given the option to join (or rejoin) Starfleet if they so desired.

My personnel idea was that Cardassia is now weak and the Maquis movement though hurt badly is not dead. I know that a few survived the Jem'Hadar.

I am not sure if the Maquis would rejoin the Federation after they were left to the Cardassians before. I think if this area as a very Balkin like place. You have Cardassian ships trying to keep control over a population that hates them and you have UN/Federation ships trying to keep the peace for a population that hates them. Both side only have token forces in place, so pirates are everywhere. Perfect place to form a new Government seperate from both Cardassian and Federation butt heads :D
