USS Rigel Freestyle RPG

This has no particular game system, and is a narrative RPG set on the Akira-class USS RIGEL (NCC 80175) in 2406 (29 years post-endgame).
The rules are:
You write your own character's doings, and anything directly involved (i.e. conversations, fight scenes, the ingenious 'what happens when I do this...' (helm turning the ship, the ship moves...or doesn't), the GM (me) does the rest)
I am God. What I say goes. However, if my character isn't in the room...
This is the 'Through-deck, 15 torpedo tube' Akira class. Twelve Quantum Rapid-fire and three transphasic tubes for this period. Twenty-four fighters.
It's on the border of Federation space with the Breen, who remained agressive after the Dominion War.
It is part of Battlegroup Green. Twenty-five independent vessels stationed around Starbase 710.
