this is kind of a humorous race but it fit's nicely into the "New Federation"

Personality: A typical Qenfani has a lot of control over his anger emotion. They tend to have a very long fuse. They also have

excellent diplomatic skills to any species during first contact. The Qenfani are socially oriented and tend to make friends

very quickly because of their charm. Some Qenfani do not know how to control their anger and thus are arrested.
Physical Description: The Qenfani are average height and weight by human standards. Typical males are 6'0" to 7'0" and

weigh about 150 - 275 pounds. The females are between 5'0" and 6'0" and weigh about 89-150 pounds. The distinguishing

mark of the Qenfani are their marks on their cheeks. The marks resember small rinkles on their cheeks resembling the

Bajoran nose, accept on their cheeks.
Homeworld: The homeworld of the Qenfani is called Quano Prime. It is a warm planet that has a ring system around it. For

Culture: The Qenfani are a deeply rooted species in religious beliefs. There are some things that set them off that are

considered work of the devil. This varies from person to person but they believe that all evil things should be terminated.

Some examples are artificial Quantum Singularities, Species that are anything but bi-pedal, and species that have

incorportated technology into their own bodies, ie the BORG. The Qenfani are not a violent race but a defensive one that has

the capabilites of war. They have strong warship and explorers.
