Coolness.

What are the character guidelines? Number of advancements, etc.? Pick or Roll method? :) Need a Tellarite chief engineer?

Well I say that you can pick the advancements...tellarites are welcome...and we need a chief Engineer. Sure you can join.

As far as advancements go, I would say about 12 and start out as a Lieutenant.

You can pick and roll either is fine and NO DQ SPECIES please unless you have a hecht of a story to go with them.

Is that the Chief Science Officer position is open or the Chief Security position?

Chief Science is open but you can be just a Science officer if you like:)
