Starship Creation Programs

I would like to know where I can if any good starship creation program that I can download.

I have many ideas for starships for my crew to run into in the game.

Seriously, I'd try another browser. I got to theko's site with no problems on IE 5.0

I don't have any problems going to Theko's site and I use Internet Explorer 6.0

Is there a downloadable version?
It's a sensational generator, but it'd be nice not to have be online to run it.
