Excellent Sight +2 and New Species

I am creating a species that naturally has excellent senses (ie excellent sight, hearing, chemoreception) In creating a NPC of this species I want the NPC to have Sight above and beyond what is normal for his species. How would I note this?

I will be submitting this species once I have all of the background work finished.
