Media conglomerate Vivendi Universal is looking to auction off several of its assets, including USA Networks and The Sci-Fi Channel.
Viacom may be interested in buying them though....

Yup, very interesting considering how UPN is in a nose dive and the recently-announced suit filed by FOX against them.
Maybe we should take up a collection and buy it!
