Clarification needed.

First allow me to apologize if this is in the wrong forum (possibly even the wrong discussion boards!). I am of the understanding that the new Starships book has new starship stat formats and a new starship combat system. Not having the opportunity to purchase that book at the moment, I need an important question answered: I am contemplating submitting an adventure (or more) to Decipher per their submission requests and am not certain if I should write it using the base core book rules or the new rules in Starships. Can anyone elaborate (or send me to the right place to ask :) ?) Much appreciated.

Right Boards, wrong Forum - skip up one Forum to the CODA area or down one to the Utopia Planitia area and there will be lots of friendly folks willing to give you all the info you could hope for.

Go ahead and use the core rulebook stats. We can't assume that all players will own copies of the Starships book (although we would certainly encourage them to do so . . . )
