Errata in PDf?

though having the PDf on the forum is nice but I was wondering if it could be put into PDF for easy dowload?

Also is there a official errata list or is the list here truly official.

Finally is there any errata for the newer books?

Edit: One point I didn't cover is that the Errata listing here is official. It will just be expanded upon...
