A question for Publius

Was wondering if you ever finished the modifications to the Nova plans to make the Rhode Island? Or the wave rider?

Sorry for the delay, I have been doing Champions characters using illustrator lately and the bright and shiny has attracted my attention elsewhere.

The major differences (interior-wise) are as I recall Decks 1 (where the impulse exhaust has been significantly shortened), Deck 2 (where the Impulse section has been altered and the nose maybe. Deck 3 fore, where there is no longer a notch in the nose, I don;t recall what I filled it in with at the moment and... Deck 4, where I moved the Probe Configuration chamber to the nose and made the old Probe Configuration room a second configurable science lab.

I keep saying "a few days" to one or tweo people I have promised a sneak peek to, but I have them only about 95% done, and have not been motivated to finish that last 5%. To those I promised, I'll send out some roughs tonight or tomorrow as is and post the rest of the RI plans when finished (hopefully soon).

How different is the RI varient from the standard nova in game terms? (prefer LUG or Spacedock)

Also, anyone hazard a guess as to when then RI came into use?

Unfortunately Kochanski, there is pretty much no data on the Rhode Island. I'm going with a Dominion War refit in 2377. Improved warp speed, shields.
If you search the threads there was a couple of threads dealing with Spacedock upgrades to the Nova.
