There is a very small section in the Creatures guide that gives an overview of Jem'Hadar Equipment.

Um....are there any points of reference I can use?
Search for Jem'Hadar or Equipment. If you have the DS9 Sourcebook from Last unicorn Games you can convert the stats over
Where are the ICON to CODA conversions?
That doesn't convert damage, though. Just characters.
