Look who's back.

Hi folks. I'm back.

If you don't know who I am, I don't blame you. It appears I disappeared for about ... 16 months this time. The time before that it was 9.

I don't have much of an explanation. My life got more stressful and instead of being a release, the boards became a bother. That wasn't you guys, that was me.
Then I've missed a few weeks and will have a huge backlog of posts to read, so now its a Special Project. That only gets worse with time. Eventually I decide I'm doing ok without the boards.
Then I decide I miss you guys. :)

So, I'm back. I don't play Trek right now, and I don't watch Trek right now. I don't wanna talk about Enterprise. :P But, I remain the same nitpicky, anal-retentive, opinionated font of trivia and strongly-held opinions. :) Hopefully I'll be reading this board every day or two.

Anyway, I thought I should fromally say hello, instead of trolling for a while and then suddenly posting a reply to something. :)

I get to see my nephew and niece several times a year, which is nice since I lived with them for the first 6 and 8 years of their lives (they're 12 and 10 now).
My divorce was final in April and my ex is out of the country.
I seem to be able to keep one of my cars in working order at all times, though this involves sending one of the two to the repair shop often and near constant infusions of cash. :)

Now if only I could find a gaming group that meshes with my schedule and isn't made of total losers. My old gaming group is kinda spread out, as one is in Kuwait searching luggage and one has a successful electrical contracting business and a child. I mean, how dare these guys have a life.

Anyway, it's good to be back.

Yup, welcome back, and glad to see things are looking up for you. We may not talk politics anymore, but we've soon got the WORLDS book coming out and maybe some Klingons too!

As I continue "porpoising" through the internet (I appear for a few months, disappear for a few months, return unexpectedly) I have returned.

No telling how long I'll stay this time, but I hope to hang around reading, even if I don't post very often.
