Thank you! I'll take a look. :)
Thanks Ineti! I'd love to have your comments and criticism. I kind of subconsciously think of you as "Who was, who is, and who will be" If you just one day up and threw in the hat and said "Ya know, I'm done with this stinkin' LotR RPG", mine would be one among many mortally scarred souls. :)
Throw in the hat, eh? Not me, man, not for a while anyhow. There's too much I still want to do for the game, both professionally and on a fan level. ;)Quote:

2004 should be a great year for the game, in both respects (Decipher stuff and fan-made stuff).
It's been a blast, and it's going to get even better. Thanks for keeping the LOTR RPG fires st0ked, BH. :)
Ben Hur, I posted on Decipher's board that I was checking out the "printer friendly" version of your excellent chronicle. I'd really like to see the full color version. Where can I find it?
Thanks in advance,
Anteruo.
You can find it here:
http://www.rjritchie.com/scorn/lotr/Barahirs_Ring.pdf
It's a direct link to the 3.3 MB file, so if you have a slow connection beware!
Hope to hear what you think of it! :)
Ben Hur,
The full color version is very nice. I'm serious.
Anteruo
Ben, I finally got to take a look at your final version of Barahir's Ring and it's awesome. I've checked out a few adventures made for Decipher's LOTR rpg and this by far is my favorite one I've read! If Decipher won't make adventures for us, at least we have skilled fans such as yourself who are willing to put in the hard effort to give the community something fun to put their players through. Good luck in your future adventure designing endeavors and keep enjoyin' the game :)

Thank you so much, Anteruo and Alathriel! Your thoughts on it mean a whole lot to me. :D
I've been taking a break for the most part from the forums, but I still play a healthy mixture of LotR RPG, TCG, and the Games Workshop game with my brothers! We just got into the GW game actually, got it for Christmas, it's an extremely fun hobby; very different from both the RPG and the TCG. One of the major differences between the three is the level of abstractness; the RPG is the most abstract, the GW miniatures are the most factual, and the TCG is somewhere in-between. I'm really fond of gaming and enjoy all three forms immensely. :)
Over Christmas break I had a chance to visit the boards more, and it reawakened a lot more thoughts on the RPG, which is really cool. The semester has started again though, so back to the old schoolwork, and I'll probably be on the boards only occasionally.
Looks like we've got some cool new people on the boards though, and I hope Decipher posts their own adventures soon! (can't wait to see yours, Ineti; I love Dale)
