I was pondering "Evil" stuff to do, and I realized that this might be interesting.
How would you do "Saiyens" and "Chi" abilities, in Coda? I'm thinking a Special Feat, and then Skills, like Psionics. Skills include Strength-Boosting, Shielding, and Energy Beams.
Also, how could I do the energy beam's damage. I want it to be variable...Perhaps the number over Opponent's defense determines how many "D" Damage it does. Or, Marginal is 3d6, Complete is 5d6, Superior is 10d6.
