I just saw it on CNN's Headline News.

Is it true?

Lung Cancer @ the age of 39.

Yes.....the actress who played Moogie (Quark's Mother), Cecily Adams has died aged 39. :(

That would be the second Moogie, or Ishka. The first Ishka, Andrea Martin (of SCTV fame), is alive and well, AFAIK.
