Yep yep. Also, the period here would be 'pre-shield-grid/deflector system' as defined in TNG, so the 'main dish' would be much more a requirement in this period than, say, once 2271 hit and you get the refit classes.

Vol 1 and 2 are just excellent. I'm adding them to my permanent game resources collection.

Is it just me, or is the Baton Rouge section not quite finished yet?

I put up the work in progress so that some of the original ship-designers could comment on it. There's a few more done not up -- but, yeah, that's the unfinished version up there. :)

Um, I read through the first 2 volumes last night, and caught a number of typos. If you want, I could PM you with what I found, if you're still editing things. I don't want to be a pest, though. (Just a pedant.)

BTW, and apropos of nothing, while I was at work yesterday my SO found the copies I'd printed out. When I got home she was all "this is so COOL! Did you do this?"

Unfortunately, I found myself unable to lie. ;)

Sorries.. just swamped swamped swamped swamped... heh. I'm moving material from three old web sites and trying to get them all together and organized while working on new material. I'm... over my head, I admit. Someone pass a shovel!
