Yes, I am back. And your list has left off one of the most thoroughly evil villains in modern cinematic history. Granted, he doesn't threaten whole planets or anything, but when it comes to sheer viciousness, I think that Frank Booth, from "Blue Velvet" is at least on the level of any other bad guy in cinema.
He also has some of the best, and sickest, one liners ever.........
Also right up there is Col. Kurtz, from Apocalypse Now: "Horror must be your friend. You must make a friend of horror, and moral terror. If they are not your friends then they are enemies to be feared. They are truly enemies". Or words to that effect, the quote isn't exact.
That whole scene is rather like an interview with the devil. Really, really, really dark. Definitely worthy of the list.
