If you're outside of Anskram Keep, find a weak spot in one corner of the keep (anyone with Perception skill will spot it in red) and break through it. Enter and climb up the spiral stair. Then go to the keep's building in the center. Enter.
From there you have three paths, the middle one goes down to the large double door, the two side paths leads to the levers to unlock the door.
Make sure you clear everything, including the imp generators (basically looks like a fireplace, just kill the imps coming out of it until the fire is out).

Just go to any one of the four corners of the outer wall, where the towers are. They have spiral staircases to go up. Once you're on the top of the wall find the bridge connecting the wall to the central building, and cross it.
