This sounds disturbingly close to my wife's story. She's been doing the same since she graduated in '93, and is due to graduate at the end of summer with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting.Quote:

So congratulations. I understand how it must feel.
Congrats, Greg! :)
Thanks for all the kind words... :)
- As for the B.S. and not B.A., our Univesity offers both for Political Science, and I opted for the B.S., as it didn't have the foreign language requirement, and instead was a little more math-heavy (which was ok, as it gave me a reason to take statistics, which I found I really enjoyed).
- Jim, I'm going to do some work on Imrahil today, actually, so look for an e-mail from me (probably tomorrow) with what work I've done thus far.
- For the "supersize" bit, I did that before I started college in earnest, and quit that sort of work because I couldn't stand it (I flipped out one night and went crazy with the sauce guns...it wasn't pretty). I don't think I'll be headed back to a 'McJob', or anything similar.
- For the usefulness of a Political Science degree, I began to notice some issues with it this semester (convienently, when it was too late to change). Still, it was a line of study that I enjoyed, and I hope that I'll get some use out of it someday (aside from use in roleplaying, for which its been very helpful)! :)

Super cool beans Greg!
Congrats!
Congrats Greg!
One of these days I've gotta head back to school and finish off the last few credits of my history degree.
Good on you mate for getting it done!
Cheers,
Steve
Congratulations, Greg! Hope you can put your degree in good use. :)
Congrats. As for a job, you could always try the Big G. State or CIA, State or CIA?:D
As someone who has spent far too much time in higher education (seven years - degree, Masters and Ph.D), I can only say - never get a real job!!! Stay in as long as you can, it's more fun. Unless your job is basically a second Ph.D as mine is (except it's going one hell of a lot more smoothly!).
Anyway, as a fellow B.Sc (mine's Genetics), congratulations!!!
Congraduations.
im a religion major, myself.
Staying in school is something that I'd very much like to do, Captain Hunter, as I'd like to pursue a PhD in Political Science. I'm going to shoot for a Masters degree first, I think, and see how I feel after that (and working for a while) before I decide, one way or the other, about going all the way for the PhD.Quote:

Time, money, and a lot of others factors will tell, I suppose...
Greg
Congratulations Greg.
