We're attempting to guess the identity of the dark shadowy figure in ENTERPRISE, supposedly the one who instigated the Temporal Cold War (aside from B&B) and conspired with the Sulibans.
My guess it is Archer.

Well, okay, I admit -- nothing at all points toward it being the Intendant. But I really, really, really miss seeing Nana Visitor in that silver outfit, so I'm clinging to a far-flung hope here ... :D
