Looks great so far. Like the idea of the Catapult malf, the curse of the Intrepid class strikes again...want to get lost, just sign onboard. The idea of the Farscape and the Royal Cresent (excellant idea having the Cardie get pulled through to) help Voyager attack the Borg Hub.
I look forward to the finale. :D
I don't know you could charge Janeway with all the violations of the Prime Directive and Starfleet regulations and have her drummed out of Starfleet in disgrace...

Ghosty: I thought about it, bu she makes a much more interesting ally for the players int he long run, especially since Captain Lindsay has established a strong friendship with her and the Voyager crew. ;)
Getting drummed out of Starfleet doesn't mean she can't be a valuable ally...as an outsider she can go where Starfleet can't go...do things that Starfleet can't do (well outside of Section 31 at any rate) I'd say she'd be more valuable out rather than in Starfleet. Food of thought there huh?
Mayhap, mayhap. But I think in the end, shutting her up, promoting her and sending her off to teach at the Academy is more what Starfleet will do.
Certainly after the Dominion War the last thing they want is to tarnish Starfleet's public identity.
And like I say, since most of the Voyager TV Show didn't happen in my universe, mostly because I can steal the stuff I like and forget the lame-assed stuff that made no sense (like most of Endgame) ;)

There we some good ideas in the whole affair, but overall there were mostly bad ones. But some good aliens and cool ships that can always be plundered for various adventures and events in my game. :)
Just one thing though...did 7 of 9 survive in your campaign? You can't tell me that you wrote out such a great character.

Hmm...but then Picard hadn't been a Borg for very long....a few days or hours. Mr Hasen had been a Borg for about two decades, the Borg biowear may have bonded more permanently to her system than Picard. Just a thought.

Personally I prefer 7 with the Borg tech...makes her more exotic and sexy IMHO. I'm sure the other horndogs will agree with me. AOOOO!!!! :D

Ok, I understand that Voyager wasn't the greatest of Trek shows, but why is everyone up in arms against Janeway????! I'm not trying to start an argument thread here all I'm looking for is a real reason why she was such a bad SF Captain. Don't give me examples like torturing that crewman from the Equinox, sorry don't buy that one. Give me one specific example of her breaking General Order 1 to the point where she should be drummed out of the service.
Here's a hint you are going to have to be good as I have already decided to have ADM. K. JANEWAY be the commander of a rather important Starbase in a game that I am planning. I like her and her command style...She never asked a crewman to something she hadn't done her self in the past and she got the majority of her crew home.
Sorry about the hijack Capt. Z. But I would just like to know what the solid evidence everyone seems to have against the good Captain. If needed start another thread, but I would really like to know.

She came off as petulant and argumentative. Bitchy and knowitall.
And no it isn't becuase she was a she, it is becuase Kate Mulgrew is a bad, bad actress. :)

1) I was talking about the character not the actress.
2) Agreed the writting could have been alot better.
3) Like most scientists? Not trying to be insulting here, but most scientists are arrogant "know it alls". Example: David Suzuki.
But the reason I don't like the character is the portrayal of her by the actress.
I never once felt sympathy for her failures, or felt triumph for her victories either. Becuase I didn't think the actress did a good job of bringing me in.
bad acting can kill a good character. So can bad writing, whne you have both, well then you have lost me completely. :(

Ahem. ANYway, I rather like Janeway - she had the "previously science, now captain" point of view down pat pretty well, and I found most of the storyline enjoyable (with, of course, a few exceptions).
I liked her style and how she rose to the challenge of the situation she was in: she had to be a bit different from most captains - no one else was around.
I dunno, before I hijack the thread, I quite liked her, but of course opinions are going to differ.

Nope. Did a disk clean to clear the cache and re set the JAVA settings and tried the "new window," nothing. End Pt ii isn't showing as link when I access the eps. Any other ideas?

Good ending, sounds like it was a very tense and exciting game. What caused the Borg to freeze as it approached Vlasdric? Was it some kind of psi power?

Yes the Borg are a "ass-handing" race, but all players need to meet up with the "Great Wyrm Red Dragon" sometime in their careers.

The Tzenkethi homeworld is know as Tzenketh and is in the Reldare System. It is a multi-environs world, with 2 moons and is the 4th planet in its system. Part of what is known as Sector 221-G, Tzenketh is only the homeworld of this feline empire.

Special or Unique Skills
All Tzenkethi warriors have Unarmed Combat (Claws). Otherwise Tzenkethi have soldiers, officers, engineers and workers of all types within their culture. A strict caste system is in place though. It is rare for someone from one caste to possess the skills of another caste
Size
The average Tzenkethi stands approximately .5 meters over an average height human. Their mass is also lighter as they do not store large amounts of body fat. Tzenkethi females are smaller than the males by about +%5-10.
Traits Common to the Species
All Tzenkethi are covered in a range of furs from frosty gray to tawny gold, and every shade in between. Their eyes are very similar to a Terran lion or Vulcan selats. Their ears are tufted and are the primary indicator of mood and state of a Tzenkethi. Alpha-males, or Pride Leaders grow large manes that surround their head (much like a Terran lion) and this indicates their leadership.
Tzenkethi also have retractable claws in each of their hands and feet that can be used as weapons, doing 1d6+2(+STR) to any Hand-to-Hand damage inflicted. Also all Tzenkethi females have been bread to be limited in intelligence. Some believe them to be non-sentient, but anthropologists now believe they are simply kept in an ignorant and primitive state by the males.
Notes
A felinoid race of expansionists, the Tzenkethi fought and lost 4 wars with early Terran space forces. While the Tzenkethi call them wars, the Terrans and UFP see them as incidents lasting only a few weeks. Lacking formidable technology compared to the Terrans and later UFP, the Tzenkethi made their way as raiders and pirates, but longed for the conquest and defeat of their enemies. They even went so far as to negotiate a treaty with the Federation, aimed at someday inviting them to join. Starfleet Intelligence now believes that this was all a ruse to allow Tzenkethi better access to Starfleet and UFP technology that they have studied. Most recently they have begun to field more powerful, yet still small Fang Class raiders. Starfleet believes that while not individually powerful, the wolf pack (or cat pack if you prefer) groupings of 3 raiders can pose a significant threat to most single Starfleet vessels.
Despite recent intelligence and sabotage actions by the Tzenkethi against Starfleet targets, the UFP has not declared a state of emergency in regards to them. Some within the Admiralty see this as a serious error and that time will prove them correct is suspecting the Tzenkethi of massing and marshalling their forces.

I originally intended to use them as the primary threat race for my online game Star Trek: Solstice, but it just didn't get off the ground as a whole :(

As for my Tzenkethi, they are kind of a combination of the Kzinti, Lyrans and other felinoid aliens from classic Sci-Fi and RPGs. What they are not, is the Aslani from Traveller. Maybe someday in a 100 years they could culturaly evolve to that level, but for now they are just not that civilized a race.
