The Star Trek roleplaying game lines from thirteen alternate universes, by the following publishers: Heritage Models, Terra Games, FASA, Tsukuda Hobby, Gamescience, West End Games, Fantasy Games Unlimited, Task Force Games, Last Unicorn Games, Wizards of the Coast, Decipher, Amarillo Design Bureau, and Steve Jackson Games. In all cases, four publishers produced licensed games while the rest were unofficial. On a DVD accompanying the books are reviews of all the various versions from thirteen different alternate universes. They all agree that the Chaosium version is best.
