How great would it be if that guy posted a plot synopsis and a scathing review?

He won't. I'm afraid he has already died :(

Add to that the fact that his wife said he enjoyed it immensely, and I think the scathing review would have been out of the question even if Dan hadn't already passed away.

Like what JJ has done with Trek or hate it ... the man himself is a class act. That's all I've got to say on the subject.

A teaser is also a short trailer designed to spark interest in a film that's still a ways off (this use of the term has been in use within the industry for at least thirty years). English is a fun language. :)

Interesting thing about the Spock, Kirk panel scene it looks like the roles are reversed.
