Whenever I dowload the character generator and attempt to extract it, I get an error saying there are no files to extract. Tried several times. Anybody have some advice on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

It looks like Andorians are getting a -1 to Agility rather than to Intellect.
And, I don't have any of the books with me, but shouldn't Security officers have Energy Weapons as a Professional Skill.

About the security officers: They have Energy Weapon as prof. Skill and, it's implemented. Only the level change with the prof style (package)
I've (one more time) updated the application.
This time, I've added the possibility to cheat with the Skills.
Then, you can transfer a non-Prof skill to Prof skill or modify the bonus to a skill.
It's not only to cheat with to character, but now you can directly add certain edges or abilities effects. It's also useful for the affinity bonus.
I'm sorry to update so frequently, but my only goal is to give you a very useful program.

I may have noticed one bug. I tried to create a Trill Science officer, 2 hosts, scientific upbringing, basic science officer. The program freezes at the end just as I try to apply species skills. This happens on the last two updates, on two different computers.

New upgrade today.
The #2.3 version fix some problems with the psionic skills (now, you can choose them in advancement if you have psionic), and you can cheat with the advancement number.
