Well, I went back and looked it over. There isn't a treacherous disadvantage, But I felt that their ability to overlook civil rights and doublcross is amply represented in the negative edge to the modifier.Quote:

As for extra skills, I really couldn't justify the addition of anything else without going over budget or drawing fire for skills they wouldn't have brigade.
As it is, they need some further development for their history and background, but mostly they are simply there to dovetail around the Kazon...
