I had it on an old external USB hard drive. This was (as I understand it) the actual rules developed by Last Unicorn Games.

If you're asking the original source, I am sorry to say that I don't remember. I just found it in a Star Trek RPG directory.

I supplied it - I got it from sources within LUG just before it was bought out by WoTC. Since I never signed a NDA for it, I decided that it should not be lost to posterity.
