Ooooh, Season Ten uniforms are sooooo much sexier than Season Five-Point-Six's. It's the top-hat and tails. They lend a certain classiness to the song-and-dance numbers. No other season has captured that elegance. :p

That works out well for me, as the reason for Deacon being initially assigned to Paradise Station would remain the same as for Deep Star 6: experience dealing with the Orion Syndicate.Quote:

Well, I disappear for a while and look what happens!
For me, I'll follow this game wherever it ends up. Alejandra was originally built for a post-DS9 game anyway, so reverting back won't be too hard. I've already got the picture, even...
So are we headed for the Blue Room?
And what are the details for ST Genesis/Paradise station again?

Details to come in the next week or so. :)Quote:

I would need a little more information about the new game/setting before I decided to change my character or not.
What little I recall of Aslan's past discussion of the background is this: Paradise Station is a trading outpost on the edge of Breen and Tzenkethi space. It was founded and originally operated by a Ferengi who, having made his fortune during the Dominion War, sold the station to a consortium of local minor governments. Due to problems with the Orion Syndicate, that consortium asks the Federation step in and take over administration of the station. Desiring just such an outpost, from which Breen and Tzenkethi activity along the border could be monitored more closely, the Federation accepts. Enter Starfleet.
hmm I don't think I even need to change a thing about my character then.
All I need to tweak are those few details which were era- and/or universe-specific (and the errors I made during character creation, of course). My core character concept is unchanged.
