In the Sparse Universe, they were killed by one ov the replicating Von Neumann Probes sterilizing the Galaxy, in the Independence Universe, they are an independent Star Nation, in the Silakkan Influence Universe, they are a subject race of the Old Kings, in the No Humans Universe, they are an independent Star Nation that sometimes allies with the Orion Colonies against the Cardassians and Nausicaans, in the ISC Psychic Friends Universe, they are reeducated by the ISC and become a peaceful trading partner, and in the Shattered Universe, they are exterminated by V'Ger.
Their Ships are presumed to use Federation or almost identical systems.
