What names have you given your series?

I'm interested. Share with Uruz. ;)

(First, a rant: I don't run series, I don't have episodes, and I'm not a Narrator. I'm a Game Master or GM, and I run campaigns and game sessions.)

My main campaign is based on the TNG TV episode Relics, and is set in the Dyson Sphere from that show, hence the campaign is called Star Trek: Relic. Other campaigns I have run have generally been ship-based, and named after the ship the characters serve on - Excalibur, Challenger, nomghar (a Klingon campaign which never got off the ground) and Lucas (a rogue campaign).

Generally, it would seem that most people name their games after the ship or station, although a few choose a thematic or a place-based name.

I'm dead tired so off the top of my head:

Star Trek: Gallant (TNG, Defiant-class escort USS Gallant)
Star Trek: Endeavor (TOS Movie, Constitution-class)
Star Trek: Final Frontier (sequal to Gallant, QSD USS Dauntless)

Have some ideas for a ENT game if I ever run it.

I name the episodes as well. Mostly to annoy Owen. ;)

Our game is based upon our local fan club, USS Jeannette Maddox. Like many Greek fraternities who select mythological gods or goddesses as "patrons" (usually Greek or Roman), our patron is Artemis, goddess of nature and the hunt. This is appropriate as the fictional starship USS Maddox is a scout vessel and the real Jeannette Maddox (for whom the club is named) is a veterinarian.

Therefore, the name of our RPG based on the USS Maddox is:

Star Trek: Artemis Rising

Star Trek: Lexington
Star Trek: Farscape

And the current one...

Ultimate Star Trek.

I too have a ST:Excalibur! And its based on a similar premise to your one. Great minds, and all that! :)

I always liked the mythical names for ships. My Previous campaign was ST: Artemis (TNG Era Galaxy Class)...there's another parallel!

I always wanted to run ST: Dad's Army (apologies to the Non-Brits and other aliens on the boards if you dont know what Dad's Army was)

Quick explaination: WWII sit-com with the protagonists being old men in the Home Guard in 1940s Britain. Several are veterans of WWI.

And, for the record, Don & Aslan aren't the only ones who name their episodes. Although, in my case, annoying Owen was the furthest thing from my mind. ;)

Mine is called...

Star Trek: The Red Shirt missions.

It's because, for simplicity's sake, I started all my players out as Red Shirts. Along with their friend....

Ensign Kenny. Who can't talk...

Star Trek: the High Frontier, named for the fact that it is set in the furthest part of the Z-axis of Federation space, near the so-called Kellinan Reach.

And yes, I name every episode. All 67 thus far, and about 23 'in the wings'.

I'd name the other campaign ideas I've had, but I think Uruz still has the whole list, with notes. ;)

Star Trek: Frontier (USS Ranger, Intrepid-class)
Star Trek: Final Frontier (don't remember; ship-based exploration)
Star Trek: Odyssey (USS Odyssey, Sovereign-class, exploration)
Star Trek: Outpost Euridia (base on a planet show)

And yes, all my episodes are titled. I figure the game is based on a TV show, so might as well get some of the basic conventions in there. :)

Eh! let's call the whole thing off. . . .

The one I named was called Star Trek: The Rush Logs, named for the main character, Capt. Anthony Rush.

Beyond that, I never really named the FASA games....and I've yet to be able to run any Coda games to name them. :)

Our campaign is named 'Star Trek: Crossroads', as it was intended as a communion between various powers after the Dominion War, on a Starfleet starbase.

But this was, maybe, subliminal marketing at its best. At the same time, the Britney Spears movie, equally titled, was playing at the Buenos Aires theaters. That alone deserved several jokes from my players for weeks... :D

My series is called Strar Trek: Stargazer

The crew are on newly Sovereign.

I break down my series into Mini-Series.

The First Mini-Series is called Genesis.

A group of rouge Dominion steal the Genesis Files and us it as a weapon.
