I've put up some new stuff on my main site:
First-up, a wholesale expansion to the Excalibur campaign, widened out to include 2260 AND 2267!

And a couple of new NPCs. Toanes is intended to be a romantic complication for Commander M'Rel and an irritant to Lt. Commander Seth. Tep is a Han-Solo-like mercenary and Maquis sympathiser.

That Ops Deck for Starbase 21 is so cool, you could keep a side of beef in it for a month!
I DLed the image off the 'Net. It was a WIP with no people or turbolifts, so I modified it. Just updated it.
The USS Icarus, a Daedalus Class Light Cruiser. Follows the adventures of the afore-mentioned ship in the early days of the federation. With a rename, could be used for the Archon, Horizon, or Essex.

OK, now for a reasoned explanation. Perhaps Starfleet negotiated for a Second Romulan Cloaking device and it was the presence of said cloaking device that required the NX designation? Yeah, that'll fit.
