Admittedly, I like this ship from the STCSDC and USS Enterprise Officer's Manual. Deliberately portrayed as another lemon ship to go with the L-13 and D-11 and K-30, this ship has a nice backstory and is a subtlely reduced cousin of the D-7.

The more standard SFB version of this ship would likely have 3 Disruptors, a D-6 pattern of 7 Ph-2s, and 1 Drone Rack B.
