Gauging the interest in a forum based freeform game

I'm wondering if anyone here would be interested in playing in a freeform game (in the sense that there wont be a GM making the storyline) using Deciphers rules as a framework.

I'm thinking of using Starbase 234 as a background for the game, as it sits in the middle of no mans land between the Romulan Empire, the Klingon Empire, and the UFP.
I'm open to working with people to build the station, its main command etc. to ensure that we can all have fun.
