Computers
2 Points typically equals 1 Core, with "Half a Core", being extremely minimal, simple Computers
accessed or operated by only 1 person, and for any 0X range Computers, 2 Points cost 1 Power/Round;
1X and up Computers are at the normal 1/1 Ratio.

Tractor Beams are 2 Power per Rating per Round; ships almost always have 2 Tractor Beams in different facings,
larger, more advanced ships have 3 or more, very small ships have only 1

Hwarp Coil
It is a bad habit/theoretical denotion to assign the name "Transwarp" to whatever the next, biggest and boldest
Type of Warp Engine or other form of Superluminal Conveyance is, first to a larger, more powerful Engine,
the Koeller K-27 UTI (FTWA-1), which would make use of Wormholes and Transporters; - although powerful,
it sometimes led to subspace detonations, and the ship constantly needed to drop out of Warp merely to
change direction! Soon after, rountine Changes led to improved Warp across the 24th Century, and when
another kind of Hyperfast Tachyonic Theory led to a proposal for another kind of Transwarp, in 2346,
to some kind of Harmonic Coil used by the Borg, discovered in the 2360s, which was experimented with,
unsuccessfully by the crews of five different Starfleet Ships, and an elite SCE Team, and altogether abandoned
with the successful development of Slipdrive in the 2400s, although some more advanced Nations, such as the
5X Voth, have successfully made use of this latest Transwarp, technically referred to as HWarp, or "Hyperdrive"

Slipstream Drive
Slipstream Drive, or "Slipdrive" as it was nicknamed in 2406, became the new Top Engine in Starfleet, with data
on if brought back from the U.S.S Voyager after studying a few Alien Ships in the 2370s, and after around 30 years
of studying and testing, the first Slipdrive, successfully attaining Slip 2.0 on the Maiden Flight of the U.S.S
Galileo II in 2405, showed that at long last, Starfleet could go ANYWHERE in the Galaxy, and over the next several
Centuries, Slipdrives were continuously improved and used until finally replaced by Phasewarp, Loopwarp, and
Realitywarp in around the 31st or 32nd Century
