Unfinished Tales has a chapter devoted to the history of Celeborn and Galadriel. I belive that Celebrimbor had the hots for Galadriel!
Anyway, worth a good read as it contains lots of information...
Yes, I posted this in haste - the next forum I went on (Decipher's) had the details!
What is this latest announcement?
I think that $1700 is a very conservative estimate. I dread to think how many £££s I've spent on my stuff, especially with over 500 GW minis!
GandalfOfBorg is working on a generic CODA document at the moment. Try the Decipher message boards for various threads he has started, or this specific one:

I'm still here but not playing LOTR RPG at the moment. 99% of my fellow gamers won't play a 'dead' game.
I think we are all hoping that Decipher (or any other publisher at this moment in time!) produces LOTR RPG material!
Although I use the minis I do not use 3d terrain. I prefer to use floor plans that I have either downloaded from the net or received in various mags.
The atlas is superb. LOTR players are really spoilt - we have so much original source material that one could easily say we only need the core rules!
While your rules appear sound and well thougt out I have to say that I prefer not to have mass battlees in my chroniclees. Mass battles are best left to GW's SBG.
A chronicle could easily contain...
The ring of the House of Durin was made by Celebrimbor himself and was never tainted by Sauron (well, until he got his hands on it after he captured Thrain!).
The three Dwarf Rings he did get were...
I think you meant the good Professor .....................
Excellent magazine once again - you are doing for the game what Decipher should have done (supported it!).
But I have a minor issue with Palando. Well two actaully. The first is that I am not a...
And these books originally had a February release date according to Amazon - back in the days when there was a glimmer of hope!
Off the top of my head:
Gil-galad ruled Lindon, with Elrond and Círdan as senior members of his Court. The Elves of Eregion had fled, their realm destroyed; Elrond was ruler of the refuge of...
Once again Mr Ineti comes up trumps. Well done. Excellent adventure.
Perhaps Decipher should contract out LOTR RPG to you?
The best source is probably Robert Foster's Complete Guide to Middle-earth. I am not a big fan of ICE's MERP and I think you would be disappointed wiith their Dol Guldor supplement.
I agree that GW has made a fortune from the LOTR licence (some UK stores report that, since the release of ROTK, LOTR outsells all other GW products together).
But the LOTR RPG licence, well, I...
I was a little confused ... but put that down to my aging body and mind!
What era is your chronicle set?
So is LOTR, unfortunately. Both of these games are dying while the powers that be at Decipher decide what to do with RPGs.
That is the crux of the problem for this board at the moment. The games...
No problem! By the way, what are you planning?
Another excellent issue. Well done!
Oh yes, sorry, but forgot to mention that it was 3320 in the Second Age and Minas Anor was the original name for Minas Tirith (name changed in Third Age 2002 after the fall of Minas Ithil.).
For...
It would have been placed in Minas Anor in 3320:
3320 Foundations of the Realms in Exile: Arnor and Gondor. The Stones are divided.
